Using Educational Technology for Professional Learning

I read a blog today by a very wonderful educator, Andrea Hernandez, who teaches, learns, and leads at the Martin J. Gottlieb Jewish Day School in Jacksonville, Florida. The post: Daily 5: Read To Someone is about so much more than literacy in the elementary school classroom. It is a masterpiece on coaching using educational technology. Andrea guides us through the use of video to support learning, while also commenting on coaching at many levels - a coach for the teacher, the teacher coaching students, and the students coaching each other. I'd love to share other examples of such creative use of technology to support professional learning.
