About Us
Welcome to YU 2.0, an online community for educators interested in
the development and advancement of educational technology
integration. Together we learn from one another, share resources,
create educational tools and projects and stay on top of this
rapidly growing field.
YU 2.0 is a project of The Institute of University-School Partnership of Yeshiva University at the Azrieli Graduate School of Yeshiva University.
YU 2.0 is currently facilitated by Dr. Eliezer Jones, the Educational technology Specialist for the Institute. Dr. Jones holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has worked clinically with children and adolescents for over ten years. Dr. Jones also has over twelve years of informal and formal education experience and has been on the forefront of technology integration in those settings.
YU 2.0 has an advisory team made of up educators in the field with expertise in educational technology integration. The current team includes Rabbi Dov Emerson, M.S.W., M.S. Ed., Assistant Principal of DRS-HALB Yeshiva High School for Boys, Rabbi Dr. Gil S. Perl, Dean of Margolin Hebrew Academy, Judith Cahn, Maneli Foundation Doctoral Fellow at Yeshiva University Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration.
