Jing it! Though "Jing" is not yet a verb (like Google has become), I definitely see the potential. Jing exlpains on their website that it is "simple and free" to "take a picture or make a short video of what you see on your computer monitor." And, you can (even more) easily "share it instantly via web, email, IM, Twitter or your blog."
