YU 2.0

Last week while I was reading chapter 3 in the "Technology Integration for Meaningful Classroom Use," textbook, I was introduced to the Game Plan for Student Self-Directing Learning (SDL) (chapter 3). The steps for the student plans consist of setting goals, taking action, monitoring progress and evaluating and extending lessons. Following the "GAME," plan can entirely encourage student to utilize their self-directed learning skills as well as allow teachers to evaluate their own learning process. Regardless of the curriculum that you teach, I recommend following the "GAME" plan to improve your teaching and your students' learning outcomes.
