Please see below for information on how to apply for AviChai scholarships to the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) 2012 conference. This conference is the premiere conference for any and all educators interested in or utilizing technology in the classroom. Last year there were over 15,000 participants.
It can be an overwhelming experience for anyone new to the conference and we will be sending out information on making it an easier and fruitful experience as we get closer (feel free to join the YU 2.0 ISTE group http://yu20.org/group/isteconference). However, for anyone who is part of the AviChai group, you will find yourself with some helpful direction and a cohort of colleagues to support each other as well as share ideas and reflection. I recommend the ISTE conference to any Jewish educator who wants to stay current and the AviChai scholarship makes it possible along with enhancing the experience.
